How the Kleaners franchise works: cost, the revenue split and monthly payouts

The Kleaners Area and City franchise explained: what the fixed cost pays for, what Kleaners provides, how the revenue split works and when you are paid.

Most service franchises ask you to buy equipment, hire staff, find customers and then pay a royalty on top. The Kleaners franchise is built the other way round: you own the territory, an electric service vehicle and the equipment, and Kleaners runs the operation.

The two plans

  • Area Franchise: a defined area of a city, such as a cluster of sectors and societies. Fixed franchise cost: starts at ₹5 lakh.
  • City Franchise: a whole city, with every area in it under one agreement. Fixed franchise cost: price on request, because it depends on the city, the number of areas and the service vehicles and equipment they need.

What the franchise cost pays for

The franchise cost is a fixed, one-time amount, and it pays for your electric service vehicle, fully fitted out, and the equipment your territory needs. It is not a deposit against future royalties and it is not a monthly fee.

Your service vehicle

Every franchise gets an electric cargo three-wheeler fitted out as a mobile cleaning unit, registered in your name. An Area Franchise gets one; for a City Franchise, how many is set in the discovery call.

  • On board: a water tank and pump, a water recycling unit that filters wash water for reuse, a steam machine for interior cleans, a pressure washer, onboard power and storage racks, in Kleaners branding
  • You hire and pay the driver, and you pay for charging, servicing, repairs and insurance
  • Kleaners arranges the RTO registration and first insurance in your name (the fees are yours), trains your driver and cleaners, and connects you to a service partner for repairs

What Kleaners provides

  • Cleaners: trained and KYC-verified, with supervisors
  • Advertising and local marketing for your territory
  • Cleaning materials and consumables, supplied from time to time
  • Operations: bookings, scheduling, photo proof of every job, customer support and payment collection
  • The Kleaners brand, the customer app and the technology behind it
  • Training for your driver and cleaners, and a service partner for your vehicle

How the money works: 80% to you, 20% to Kleaners

Customers pay Kleaners for every clean in your territory. Kleaners keeps 20% of each transaction as its commission. The other 80% is yours, and it is paid out to you every month together with a statement listing every transaction.

For example, on a car cleaning plan billed at ₹399 a month, 80% of that payment is credited to your monthly payout. The same split applies to every service sold in your territory.

What we do not promise

Earnings depend on how many households and societies in your territory subscribe, so we do not publish income, return or payback figures. On the discovery call we walk you through how the numbers work for the specific area you are interested in.

Where franchises are open

Kleaners launches in Gurugram (December 2026), then Delhi and Noida (January 2027), then Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Faridabad (February 2027). Franchise applications are open for each of these cities, and applications from other cities are reviewed as we plan the next launches.
