City Operations Lead

Operations Gurugram first, then Delhi and NoidaFull-time

Apply

Own day-to-day operations for a city: cleaners, supervisors, quality and society relationships.

What you will do

Run daily operations across all live societies in your city
Hire, train and manage society supervisors and cleaners
Own service quality: photo-proof compliance, ratings and complaint resolution
Work with society managers and RWAs to keep every site running smoothly

What we look for

3+ years running field operations (home services, facility management, logistics or similar)
Has managed a team of 20 or more field staff
Comfortable with early-morning operations and working from a dashboard
Hindi and English

Society Captain (Supervisor)

Operations On site, in societies in Gurugram and across Delhi NCRFull-time

Apply

Supervise the cleaning crew across two to three societies and be the first point of contact on the ground.

What you will do

Check attendance and make sure every assigned vehicle is cleaned and photographed
Handle same-day resident complaints and re-cleans
Train new cleaners on the Kleaners cleaning method and app
Keep kits, uniforms and consumables stocked

What we look for

1+ year supervising housekeeping, security or a similar field team
Own smartphone and comfortable using apps
Lives near the societies they will cover
Hindi required

Society Partnerships Executive

Growth Gurugram and Delhi NCR (field role)Full-time

Apply

Bring new societies onto Kleaners: meet RWAs and managers, run demos and sign them up.

What you will do

Identify and visit target societies in your area
Present Kleaners to RWA committees and facility managers
Sign societies and run the resident activation at launch
Hand over cleanly to the operations team

What we look for

1+ year in field sales or business development, ideally B2B or with societies
Confident presenting to committees
Own two-wheeler preferred
Hindi and English

Customer Support Executive

Support Delhi NCRFull-time

Apply

Help residents by phone and WhatsApp: bookings, plan changes, complaints and refunds.

What you will do

Answer resident queries on call and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday
Confirm pre-bookings and schedule first cleans
Log and follow complaints through to resolution
Coordinate with society captains on re-cleans

What we look for

6+ months in customer support or tele-calling
Clear spoken Hindi and working English
Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools
